By downloading, installing, or using Thruology ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Thruology is a personal healing and emotional wellness application that provides guided kits, breathing exercises, journaling tools, and community features to support users through difficult life transitions including grief, breakups, and periods of feeling stuck. The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using Thruology, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the App.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Community Guidelines

Thruology includes community features where users may share posts and connect with others. You agree not to post content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

6. Subscription and Payments

Thruology offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are available through in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable platform's refund policy.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content within Thruology, including text, graphics, images, guided exercises, and audio, is owned by or licensed to Thruology and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

By posting content in the community, you grant Thruology a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time. You represent that any content you post does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Thruology does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thruology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Mental Health Disclaimer

Thruology is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately. The content provided in this App is for general informational and supportive purposes only.

12. Privacy

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
